What Is Our Shipping Area, Time & Cost?

At Lumi Shower, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service. 

Our shipping process is divided into two main parts:

 

Processing Time:
This stage includes order verification, product tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

 

Shipping Time:
Shipping time refers to the duration from when your order leaves our facility to when it arrives at your doorstep. Please note that due to the global pandemic, shipping times may fluctuate based on your location and the current state of international freight lines. All orders come with tracking numbers that include real-time updates, and tracking information will be sent within 2 business days. 

 

Free shipping applies within the 48 contiguous United States. International shipping fees apply.

NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state or country, shipping may be subject to additional delays due to logistical constraints. Additionally, please note that shipping times do not account for delays caused by customs clearance, as these are beyond our control.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

For orders that have not been shipped:

 

For customers in the US, you can update your delivery address if the new address is in the same state. However, some states allow local governments to impose additional general or selective sales taxes. If your local government does this, meaning that the new address you want to change to is in a city where the tax rate is different from your original address, we may not be able to change the address on your order.

 

Currently, it is not possible to update an address from one country to another. If you need to ship your order to a different country, please contact us at: support@lumishower.com for assistance in canceling the original order and placing a new one. We will be happy to help you.
 

For orders that have already been shipped:

 

Please contact the courier. To find the courier on your order, please check the order confirmation email you received after making your purchase. Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website.

International Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Lumi Shower, and thus cannot be refunded.

 

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received

Packages may be delivered to your front door or received by your neighbors. We recommend checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can contact the courier company using your tracking number. If possible, please provide any supporting photos or documents, as this can assist us in resolving the issue.
