We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon reviewing the returned product, if damaged, soiled, or abused, we will not be able to issue a full refund.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at: support@lumishower.com.
Please also note that our company does not provide refunds in case of product misuse or because the customer changed his/her mind.
We are not responsible for situations in which customers gave us the wrong details when placing the order. Therefore, refund requests related to this type of situations won't be attended.
